Outdoor Movie Event

Change of plans...
I know you all love Stammtisch as much as I do, however summer is a great time to take advantage of free outdoor events in and around New York. I am huge fan of the free outdoor movies in Hoboken on Wednesday nights, and I hope you'll make the short trip out to Hoboken to join us for a picnic on the lawn followed by the movie Doubt.

(If it rains we'll meet at Texas Arizona, 76 Hoboken Street across from the PATH station.)

Wann: Wednesday June 17, 2009 7:00pm The movie starts around 8:30 or 9, but come early to hang out and practice German or mingle.
Wo: Pier A Park at Sinatra Drive in Hoboken. (Take the PATH train from 33rd Street or World Trade Center to Hoboken. The park is right next to the train station)
Was soll ich bringen? / What to bring: A blanket, towel or beach chair, and food/refreshments for yourself.

Lots of newer movies will be shown this year, including Doubt (starring Meryl Streep and Phillip Seymour Hoffman) and the new Batman movie Dark Knight. More details can be found here:
