The German American Chamber of Commerce New York Inc. and the National Foreign Trade Council, in cooperation with KPMG LLP, Fragomen LLP, HSBC and Keogh & Associates are pleased to invite you to a seminar on the various issues that impact the success of a business assignment from Germany to the United States.

The agenda will include:
• How to identify and how to manage differences in the business and social culture?
• To discuss in facilitated breakthrough groups
• How to establish banking and credit facilities?
• How to deal with international tax and accounting issues?
• How to effectively navigate the U.S. immigration system?
