“ Hi Kalina, thanks for the shout :). Polarity is working with one's electromagnetic fields and balancing what is out. It's also working with pathways, earth, ether, air, water, and fire. Sort of like accupunture but without the needles. I hope that explains it to you. If not feel free to ask more questions :).
